Staggered Close: 1 lot close every 1 minute. Extended Bidding: Bids placed within 3 minutes of a lot's scheduled close time will extend that lot's bidding by an additional 3 minutes until all bidding activity stops.   Payment Terms & Important Notices Payment Due: All purchases must be paid in full on pick-up day unless prior arrangements have been made.
